EXCHANGE PROCESS

PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO: EXCHANGES@LAMIA-CO.COM

INCLUDE YOUR: FULL NAME, EMAIL, PHONE, ORDER NUMBER, SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR

YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED (WORN OR WASHED), WITH TAG/LABELS ATTACHED, NOR MISSING ACCESSORIES. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ITEM, WE WILL DETERMINE IF THE ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE BASED ON THE CONDITION WE RECEIVE IT. A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE WITH ORDER NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED.

ONCE THE ITEM IS DETERMINED ELIGIBLE OR INELIGIBLE, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL WITH THE STATUS OF THE PRODUCT AND WHETHER IT IS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY REPLACED IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED OR IF A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE IS NEEDED.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING

TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT FOR STORE CREDIT OR SAME PRODUCT EXCHANGE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS. THE COST OF SHIPPING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE. WE ENCOURAGE YOU SHIP WITH A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE THE ITEM.

CANCELLATIONS:
