WE ENDEAVOR RO PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED AND PAYMENT IS PROCESSED. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AND ADDRESS VERIFICATION MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO SHIPPING ANY ORDER. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION CAN TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS FOR APPROVAL.

PRODUCTION TIME DEPENDS ON YOUR ORDER. ALL PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE IN HOUSE. OUR PRODUCTS TAKE TIME TO PRODUCE BECAUSE OF THE HANDCRAFTED QUALITY WE ENSURE. PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends) FOR YOUR HANDCRAFTED GARMENTS TO BE CUT,SIZED,SEWN/DESIGNED. If you would like fast, cheap garments, respectfully please shop elsewhere.  

SHIPPING CHARGES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE DESTINATION APPLIED AT CHECKOUT. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, THE CUSTOMER PAYS DUTY AND TAX FEES AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

ONLY IF WE HAVE BEEN IN COMMUNICATION ON YOUR ORDER BEING EXPEDITED, THIS OPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. PLEASE DO NO SELECT IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN GRANTED THE OKAY. YOU WILL AND CAN NOT BE REFUNDED FOR MIS-SELECTION.   

WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE EXCLUDED FROM PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME, SO PLEASE ACCOUNT FOR NON-BUSINESS DAYS WHEN PLACING ORDERS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AND INITIAL EMAIL VERIFICATION WHEN ORDER IS PURCHASED WITH UPDATED EMAILS UNTIL THE ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT. THIS INCLUDES TRACKING INFORMATION.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING CAN TAKE UP TO 2-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ORDER IS PRODUCED AND YOU RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER . 

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED, WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH OPENING AN INVESTIGATION WITH USPS. ONCE THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE, IF YOUR ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS THAN THE ONE PROVED IN INITIAL ORDER WE WILL ISSUE A REPLACEMENT OR ISSUE A REFUND IF THE ITEM U=IS NOT AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IF AND WHEN DELIVERY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. IF IN FACT, THE USPS DETERMINES THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE CORRED ADDRESS WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND.

IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEING ENTERED BY THE CUSTOMER, OR IF THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED BACK TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS.
